How are the second time rounders getting on? I had a good day yesterday food wise and today's week 1 day 2 meals are all lined up for today. I've made pumpkin soup to have instead of date balls as a snack. And most important for me it's zero alcohol. Go second time rounders! Xxx

How's everyone doing? Week 2 now for me! Give the workouts a go lithie you get stronger quicker than you think. I feel much fitter after just a week of focusing properly. Hope everyone is doing well! Xx

#lucia I haven't enjoyed chick peas before but I used a more expensive can and it was worth it, they were plumper and juicier

#jesssimons I haven't got my head around the yoga although I really enjoy classes when I get to one. And I'm afraid of trying the workouts in case I can't do them. Sounds really silly now I've said it! So I need some motivation with that!

Hey lithie I did my first yoga session last night and was surprised at how sweaty I got! How are you going with workouts? I've been mixing up the food with some recipes from the second glow cookbook, helps with variety the second time around 😊

I hate chickpeas so made a borlotti bean, tomato, spinach and parsley stew instead which hopefully wasn't too off plan 😁 it was very tasty!

Oh, so pleased! I've been feeling so worn out the last few weeks, or is it years? Just a few days of Glow app eating and I feel so much better, I know this but now I need to last more than a few days. I'm finding it easier as I've got all the ingredients in the cupboard now and it's not so strange to be using ingredients I didn't use before. Let's keep it up Glow girls!

I've just had a weeks holiday in the Lakes so completely off plan and too much proseco ( if that can even be a thing). Finding it hard to get back into second time around. Knackered tonight and was going to just have toast but your picture has inspired me to make chickpea stew instead. Thanks for the motivation!
