Hi- because of my schedule (3 kids under the age of 6) my workouts are late on an evening. I have dinner with the kids about 5, and get back from the gym LATE like usually 10pm CrAZY hungry. My gym only does whey protein shakes and I'm dairy intolerant. What should I eat? We're not meant to eat meals that late are we as our digestive systems are supposed to rest? I'm really stuck please help! :-) thank you in advance lovely ladies.xxx

Good idea, also perhaps you could cook extra food at tea time and have it after your workouts?

Could you eat your evening meal a bit later? Or how about a home made smoothie, energy balls or nuts pre or post workout?
