How are the second time rounders getting on this week? I struggled over the weekend with social commitments. But back on it this week. I'm still not fitting the exercise videos though.

Struggling to stick to food and exercise this time around. Have picked up a knee injury and an old Achilles' tendon injury has flared up so not even managing the yoga, which I love. Must try harder!

I've had good days and bad but feel better. Not beating myself up no more it's just not productive.
I may try the bite sized yoga suggested above đź‘Ťxx

Gingerglow- there is a dvd/Amazon download called roxys bite size yoga which is good it's in 15 minute blocks for when your short on time.x

I have just started again today. Recognising a few faces in here! Just did the yoga for the first time- I had just had a baby back in Feb and the videos were just too much then! Enjoyed it.
