Hi girls, hope everyone is well! I'm in desperate need of motivation, due to work I have been off the wagon for a couple of months! I'm still really busy at work but want to get in the swing of things - does anyone have any tips or advice to ease back into the programme? I've been through it twice but it's been a long time since the last time :) xxx
