I'm on day 2 now and am loving the recipes, and stretchy Sunday was great :) I'm really struggling with the workout though - I just did workout A and had to abandon it halfway through as I could only do a couple of repetitions of each exercise and my neck glands became sore. Has anyone else really struggled with the exercise element as a beginner and does anyone have any tips? Thank you! xx

If you're struggling with the exercise take longer rests periods and do it at your own pace. You're all doing so amazing! Keep it up guys xxx

Hi guys sorry to hear this but relieved at same time. I felt gutted at my first effort with the warm up and work out. I got left behind with the video and felt really inflexible so I gave up - it really got me down thinking it must just be me! Chin up all and let's do this! Have a cold at the moment so doing more yoga instead. I hope to give it a 'slower' go with the PDF and longer breaks soon.

Good luck @Jemma_J ! Sounds like you did lots by alternating though, that's great :) I will be sticking to my one circuit again I think lol. I LOVED tonight's yoga though - found that much more manageable :)

oh my gosh @nicjg55 i just watched the video properly for tomorrow and doubt i will get past 2 circuits! I was doing it totally wrong and alternating between circuit 1 and 2. Wish me luck girls x

Thanks @Gemma Johnson, it's def more than I had been doing, and yeah @sabwade83 I found the warm up really hard too! I think I prob just have to start from where I am, not judge it too much and build from there, so I'll be doing 1 set and focussing on building to 2. It must have done something because I feel quite sore today! Good luck with your plans ladies :)

Yes it was tough especially after no exercise for a few months. Found the pdf easier to use and probably took 20+ second rests, also modified pressups so on my knees and burpees to using back of sofa to jump back from rather than the floor. Good luck! (ps my 4th circuit was so bad and even my husband struggled and he's a pretty fit gardener!)

I struggled with the warm up stretches but kept having a go anyway! The actual circuits were tough at first but definitely get easier. I need to get back on it again!

Some exercise is better than none @nicjg55 so just take it at your own pace and enjoy it! Xx
