Just started & really loving it. Food is amazing & bigger portions than I expected. However getting sugar-withdrawal headaches, not fun! Super stretchy Sunday was the perfect way to ease myself in. Exciting times ahead!

Hey @Tasha's Kitchen , I got headaches in week 1 too as I was eating so much sugar pre- Glow Guides, and then had the worst sugar cravings in week 2, but from week 3 it was plain sailing and felt fab! now been 'off plan' for 3 weeks and the sugar cravings are a distant memory, this programme is so amazing as I never thought I'd be able to give up refined sugar. Hope your headaches go soon, drink loads of water and have a cup of Licorice tea once a day :) x
