Morning!! Started Glow Guides Sunday 😀I am quite new to Yoga and not in the best of shape...I am struggling with the workout and yoga sessions. Does anyone else have similar challenges? Does it get better after a while? Thank you in advance 😉

I agree the fact that your giving it a go is what counts. I found going to a beginner yoga class once a week helped me massively with technique. As princess another glow guider says it's progress not perfection! X

It does get easier and you will feel stronger. As long as you're giving it a go you're doing great! Love that saying if you're doing better than the person sitting on their Arse - I don't think that's the saying but you get the drift :-)

One more thing. Yoga poses have variances for difficulty level - Google those poses you find hard and try to adapt them to what you can do. Maybe the challenging ones can be your aim for the future, as you get more practice.

YouTube has loads of videos. I'm intermediate and still find some of the workouts a bit fast on the transitions. I'm fit (row and run). I think you should not let the strength or speed of the workouts to put you off doing any exercise at all. I think the programme is a guideline - what matters is that you move that beautiful body and get your heart rate up. I used to do a yoga session from Yogi Nora when I started, find her in YouTube. Fight master Yoga also has some mild(er) yoga options.

Madeleine's yoga classes are quite hard for the beginners, so I recommend you to take yoga for beginners classes online or some course in yoga center/school near by you. 😊
