Printed off my shopping list and plan for week 1 of the veggie plan! Any tips on staying motivated please? Xx

Thanks MrsHeatherS, some great tips there!! Will definitely take them on board. Particularly the pics/ measurements.... hopefully the improvements I see there will keep me motivated and on track xx

Try and prep what you can and make some time in the evenings to cook (I put on some music and crack on!). Having the date balls made and in the fridge helps with snacking. Taking pics and measurements of myself at the start of each week helps keep me motivated too!

The start is most difficult. But it will be easier after a few days. ☺️ Make all the shopping of week 1 and then you "have to" make all the foods. That helped me because I couldn't scip the recipes when I had the ingredients and because I hate food waste. Xx
