Hi all new to this I've using the move part of the glow guides so I get that you do 4 circuits a week when or how often do you do the yoga workouts?? Thanks in advance x

Great thanks I'm only doing the move part of the plan as I'm easing into the food with Madeleine's 10 day plan. It gives you all the workouts but not the schedule. Do you exercise every day then? Thanks so much x

It tells you on each day of the plan which your meant to do that day, along with giving you the video. You pretty much alternate between yoga and the workouts each day though.
