I have quite alot of weight I am wanting to lose and I defo have gained the most weight on my face and legs over the last year! I would say i have around a stone to lose, I am feeling so healthy and happy following this guide but I am also a negative thinker and can't help to think that I won't lose anything at all and that's so frustrating to me :( I know it's not all about weight loss but obviously that helps ! I feel like I need to be running miles a day to lose weight and slim down my legs ! I saw in your live stream yesterday that people can lose upto a stone and mainly around the gut area which is amazing but will I also see results else where too? Or just my stomach?
