I'm loving it, the recipes in the regular plan are great! I had the miso eggplant & salmon tonight - so yummy!!

Feeling great, have lost 8lbs but doesn't feel hard (other than the workouts). The meals are all delicious! I'm doing the plan with my husband and adapting recipes for the children. This morning they had pink porridge (overnight oats with frozen raspberries). They loved it. Looking forward to stretchy Sunday yoga - it's the best. Thank you! Xx
