I just love my morning Turmeric Milk, it has so many great benefits including many anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties so it is great for your gut! It is also a great source of calcium making those bones nice and strong!! 💪🏼 xx

Hey😊 I use ground turmeric and ground ginger rather than fresh, I found that the fresh ginger clumped up. I know the health benefits are better with fresh but I find this makes it quicker and more pleasant to drink xxx

I'm really trying to like this milk drink. I find it really gritty and struggle to drink it. Am I doing something wrong? I tried putting it all in the nutribullet this morning but it didn't make a difference.
