Is anyone else finding it hard to fit in the time for the workouts and meditation? I'm a single working parent and have to be out the house just before 8am then am either working until 7 and then have to collect mini me and sort her out or the other days she has brownies or drum lessons etc etc! So I'm left with either getting up at 5.45am to work out or evening workout around 9pm. I know I just need to drag myself out of bed at 5.45 and do it then but I just can't get myself motivated at that time! Anyone else?!
