Is anyone else finding it hard to fit in the time for the workouts and meditation? I'm a single working parent and have to be out the house just before 8am then am either working until 7 and then have to collect mini me and sort her out or the other days she has brownies or drum lessons etc etc! So I'm left with either getting up at 5.45am to work out or evening workout around 9pm. I know I just need to drag myself out of bed at 5.45 and do it then but I just can't get myself motivated at that time! Anyone else?!

I do feel this plan would be so much more achievable if I was back in my 20's and child free!! No time for these long work outs with kids and work and so have had to accept I do the 7 minute hitt work out app instead. I do chuckle when I see lovely shabby chic images of people's food when in my house my table is full of wet paintings, lego and some sort of spillage!! 😩Wouldn't have it any other way- but lack of time does change things.

Ah thanks so much ladies it's good to know I'm not the only one struggling to fit it all in. I actually managed to get to bed at a decent time last night so was up mega early to do my workout! I think the days where I know I can't fit in the workout I will do either less circuits or one of Joe wicks 15-20 minute hiits xx

Just do what you can, and don't feel guilty if you can't fit it all in xxx

I find that the workouts are just too long for me to fit in so I've just been doing the first 25 mins but really pushing myself x

It's so nice to hear that others are struggling with the workouts too, having children and working is a workout in itself! I have been too tired for the workouts but opting for the yoga instead (I'm not an exercise fan!) and I'm sure that nourishing your body and that of your families is of much more benefit in order to cope with hectic daily schedules of family and work life. that's what I'm telling myself anyway! ! 😉xx

Yes, working full time with kids and trying to fit in all the workouts has been impossible, so have only concentrated on the food for the first few weeks. I will try to phase Ina few workouts a week where I can squeeze it in....but just as veece123 said, don't burn out trying to do it all. It is amazing that we are all still sticking to the food plan, just do what you can and don't worry about the rest 😉👊

I'm having exactly the same problem. I'm starting week 4 of the programme and have barely done any of the exercise. I have to exercise at 5am to fit it into my day. My work has been so hectic that I'm up til midnight working so getting up at 5am has been near impossible! I'm going to try this week even if I am up late. I do feel better for eating properly and I know that doing the exercise will make me feel even better. Good luck!

Finding it really hard too. Littlest monkey is still up 3-4 times a night do I car drag myself out of bed early. I manage 2 workouts a week at the moment after the boys are in bed (usually about 8.30pm) and stick to yoga as I can't face doing the other workouts at that time. I hope to work towards one early morning workout one day a week when little one is sleeping better and build up slowly. Do what you can and don't be too hard on yourself. If you burn out from trying to do too much you won't be much good to your little one.
