If you feel portions are too big or small you can adjust these accordingly! This plan is all about eating nutritious and delicious meals to get you glowing and eating in tune with your body xxxx

Remember that muscle is more dense than fat so if you have put weight on you may have lost fat and gained muscle! Weighing yourself isn't really an accurate measurement of your body's composition so I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you are a healthy weight for your height.

Yeah good idea @Lynn Watkinson

Portions are big and carbs and protein are eaten together. Probably some scope to eat the carb heavy meals after a work out?

Thanks all I'm following the exercise 100% yes maybe I'll drop the snack and be careful with the salt Thank you all needed some encouragement was feeling a bit despondent with it @shauna.LD @MurphieJ @Angel1 👌🏻

I agree, have found the portion sizes more than ample and salty, I don't usually cook with salt and have been amazed at the amount of salt recommended! I lost 7lbs in first 3 weeks but it could be down to not drinking and eating properly Still not managing to squeeze exercise in so might start again from week one and make the exercise part work!

Just an idea, cut down on the salt? Most of the recipes are pretty salt heavy and it could be causing a bit of water retention? I don't use salt at all and have lost a fair bit. Did cut out the turmeric milk too though because I really didn't like it!

I put on weight when I first tried it. Now I count calories and do the programme at the same time. I cut out the snacks & tumeric milk. I find there's more than enough to eat in the meals by them selves. I also adjust some of the recipes - some of them are calorific!

I put on weight with this plan also- but it isn't a weight loss plan more of eating right plan.
