Fell off the wagon after a super difficult morning. Have drawn a line under it, but feeling so rubbish about it, I've gone and ruined it on the 3rd bloody day! I'm going to have a cup of green tea and look forward to my chickpea dinner, but I don't half feel disappointed in myself! 😓

It happens! And it's totally ok. So don't be too hard on yourself. Life gets in the way sometimes. So you fell off the wagon today, who's to say tomorrow you won't be able to stay on! We are all here to support you and each other. I'm sure I'm going to be caving in by the end of the week. :)

I think it's normal to fall off the wagon in the first week - you can't change your life in a day!! Take each day as it comes and remember: one meal won't ruin everything! You've got so much time to learn all of this and you can see this as an opportunity to learn from mistakes! Keep glowing ☺️ we're all here to support!

Totally agree with Penelope ⬆️ hiccups like this are NORMAL 🙂 there'll be times like these, allow them to happen, listen to your body and then carry on where you left off! X
