Hi all! I've just purchased the full programme because I love Madeleine Shaw and I'm a huge advocate for healthy eating. Recently I've been trying to lose a bit of weight that's making me wobbly around the middle but it just won't budge! I'm only 9 stone but would like to shift 5/6 pounds and tone up. Has anyone had a good experience with this that I can use to motivate myself? Really need some support!
Also not planning on using many of the workouts because I prefer using the gym, wise choice or big mistake?
