Hi all! I've just purchased the full programme because I love Madeleine Shaw and I'm a huge advocate for healthy eating. Recently I've been trying to lose a bit of weight that's making me wobbly around the middle but it just won't budge! I'm only 9 stone but would like to shift 5/6 pounds and tone up. Has anyone had a good experience with this that I can use to motivate myself? Really need some support!
Also not planning on using many of the workouts because I prefer using the gym, wise choice or big mistake?

Welcome @Katie Elizabeth1612 I have continued to do my own workouts but love the yoga đź’š you'll find you'll feel awesome with all the yummy recipes. As @becky30 says concentrate on your core and posture and you'll notice a difference in your tummy xx

Firstly welcome to the glow squad! I don't use the workouts so much as I do weights and cardio, it's a personal choice. At 9stone you may find you don't have any weight to lose and just toning up will be enough to get the results you want. Wobbly round the middle implies you might need to focus on your core more and so the yoga workouts might really help! Good luck xxxx
