hi everyone! I'm starting the glow guide on the 19th and I can't wait! I've been thinking about this for ages and it just feels like something I really need to do, I'm really looking forward to throwing myself into the yoga and meditating to help me feel relaxed and start to have more me time.
can't wait to try all the recipes and particularly intrigued in the turmeric milk. Any recommendations for decent turmeric? Thanks
