Hi everyone! I'm new, I will be starting this Sunday. I've already downloaded all the material and put it all In a handy folder to keep me going for the first few weeks eeek. I also ordered the items from origins in the glow guides kit which has just arrived. I'm nervous but excited about the changes! Hoping to get to support and to help others too :). The only question I have is..If there is something you don't like in a recipe can you change it for something else?? Xx

Hey @jennynewton84 let me know what you think of the eye cream, been curious about that one! I love the drink up overnight mask, my face is so soft from it and it smells lovely. All the best with the programme - stick with it, you really do feel the benefits!

Yes- life is too short! There are a few meals for me that always get substituted. I don't like cauliflower or beetroot so when these pop up just have to make sure I switch meals.

I don't like cashews or flaked almonds.. so I was hoping to use pine nuts instead..I hope that would be ok? Xx

I don't like Kale and sub it for spinach. Mix it up as you like!

I always do. I cant stand buckwheat so use brown rice flour instead.
