So I've been on holiday and over indulged quite a bit. I'm in two minds about continuing onto week three or just completely starting again. Any advice? 😊

i found the workouts too long and too many to fit in the week too. move on to wk 3 its not about being perfect but improving xxx

Keep going... a few days off now and then are ok. I completed the 8 weeks last year but I couldn't fully commit to the workouts. I am more of a gym class person. I would suggest making stews/soups etc. on the Sunday and reheating to save a bit of time through the week. Hope this helps xx

Hmm thanks for the advice everyone! I'll try and carry onto week three! I'm the same with the workouts I never have enough time in the week! Are the exercises progressive? X

Continue into week 3 - I keep restarting every time I fall off the wagon and have never got to week 8! I think mentally there's probably a benefit of drawing a line in the sand and continuing rather than feeling like you've failed and restarting x

I have the same thing with the workouts I don't know if I should move on if I don't do all the workouts in week 1 or repeat them! I've only managed a couple a week so far! Got a few days away coming up so I think I'm going to ease myself into it and do as many as I can manage and then start properly when I'm back and try to commit to everyday! X

I'm only new but I guess which ever you feel most comfortable with. Which ever is going to get you back into it the best :)
