Afternoon all! Does anyone have snacks other than what is in the plan? Today is the first day that I'm hungry in between my meals, has anyone else had this? Does it pass?? ❤

I have two snacks a day because I do HIIT training, Pilates and body pump classes 6 times a week. I calculated my calorie expenditure in 2200cal per day and the plan is about 1500, so I have fruit with nuts, rice or the crackers with peanut butter, smoothies, boiled egg, nori with chopped veggies and humus, etc. I think you do get used to eating less but I refuse to go hungry. I won't snack if I don't feel like it (which is very rare) but I think if your deprive yourself you'll just binge later... Maddie said it was ok to snack if your are active in one of the Q&A.

Oh glad it's not just me then!! 😁 I really enjoyed tea btw, had to leave the mushrooms out as they'd gone funny but otherwise, yum! 😋

I was starving as well Donna. I stuck to the plan, was soooooo hard i felt dizzy but tucking in to tea now x
