Anything about nutrition, how to manage quantities, well being, to manage stress, what to eat after sport when you come home late at night... just wanted to ask how to watch the live stream when you miss it, it doesn't seem to be in the archive :(. I'm training for a half marathon and I find I'm starving whilst on the plan and I resort to quick and easy snacks. I have two young children and a job so finding time to make all the snacks is hard, can you recommend any shop bought snacks please?
