I understand that Coconut Sugar, Honey and fruits do not contain refined sugar, but is cane sugar the same as refined sugar please? I am getting conflicting answers on the internet xx

I keep forgetting to drink the tumeric milk and I know this was suggested by the nutritional person who said the plan was a little low in calcium. If I am not having this then I wanted to ask how short of calcium the plan is so I can take a calcium supplement. I have a family history of osteoporosis so want to make sure I am not deficient.

I cannot get on with sauerkraut, I've tried a couple of brands but do not like it at all. Is there an alternative? I've never been big on pickled flavours!

It's my first week on the programme and I'm absolutely loving it!!! I have one question, I seem to have clicky hips during some of the exercises in the workouts... is there anything I can do? Is it a bad thing?
