Burpees are such a great exercise that I love to incorporate into my workout routine. They’re great for burning calories, building strength and conditioning your body. The best thing is that you don’t even have to be at a gym to do these, you can bust them out anywhere you please! 😉 💪 What’s your favourite exercise??
