Today I realised how much exercise impacts on your mental health! To be completely honest I haven't really done any regular exercise for the 5 years. I'm the type of person who always over thinks and get really caught up on the little things in life. Over the last few weeks I have got pretty stressed out because I have some big assignments due soon at uni. So to counteract this stress I have decided to either pick up my walking shoe and hit the pavement and mixing it with the glow guides workouts. I can not tell you how much this has helped me! Today I was once again feeling worked up about things around me so I went for a walk. I ended up walking 10km altogether!! Never in my life did I ever thing that I would get the motivation to go do some exercise out in public! All I can say is my confidence and determination has had a major increase! #glowgetter
