Hi. I started the Get the Glow plan yesterday. Does anyone else find the portions huge? I should have had 50g of rocket with my lunch. I managed 40 with difficulty. Dinner recipe said 150g of green beans, that was impossible for me with everything else. I've noticed that there is a breakfast with 3 eggs, plus kale and rye bread. I'll be having 2 eggs. I'd be interested to hear thoughts from others doing the plan. Have to add that I'm loving the recipes, they are so tasty, just huge!

Glad you're enjoying the recipes babe! If you feel you are eating too much then you can cut the portions down according to your body's needs xx

Most of the recipes are for 2 portions so you can have them for lunch. Or are you finding the single portions large too?
