Am on my first week and loving it!! Have always used Madeline's recipes on a regular basis anyway, but wanted to take the extra step with exercise as I am rubbish at motivating myself in that department!! I'm really enjoying that element of it though. Like someone mentioned earlier, I found even the single portions a bit too large, but have just reduced the measurements accordingly. Really excited for what the next 7 and a half weeks hold!!
