Hi everyone just wondering how everyone found starting out on this programme with the exercise/workouts? I haven't exercised in a while and I'm finding it hard to keep up :) x

I struggle to keep up sometimes so I tend to go at my own pace and hope to build up as I get further into it x

I do exercise fairly regularly but still struggle with the mountain climbers/burpees! I just take a couple of seconds, have a quick stretch in child's pose and then get back into it, then will hopefully build up to not needing that!
