So I'm on day 3 and after having Madeleine's books I knew this would be good. Having reached almost 17 stone, suffering from anxiety, depression and high blood pressure I'm totally enjoying this more positive and brighter lifestyle. I havnt managed to fit in the excercises and meditation yet my excuse would be I don't have the time as I have a full time job, my mum to look after and do falconry at weekends and in the evenings as well as having a dog to walk but I do sit and watch tv, my lazy time so yes I do have the time I've just got to convert my lazy time into good time cos I'm so looking forward to the excercises and meditation. It's so brilliant to have this app just like constantly having a friend by your side and hoping to use the support of the lovely glowing community to get me through this x thanks Madeleine x

How are you finding it? Think I'm going to ditch weightwatchers and get the plan. Is the weight coming off even though it's not a specific weight loss plan? X

Ahhh thankyou for all your support, I've sort of lost my way a little by not getting organised and sorting out the plan. Going to sit down today and get back with this, how can I not with all your lovely support x thankyou sooo much x
