Can't stop myself eating at the moment. Extreme tiredness is the usual culprit and has me reaching for carb overload. Have healthy snacks made up, know it's doing me no good but still can't stop. What do other people do to resist the craving to eat?

Thanks ladies. I did look at my unopened box of green tea in the cupboard a few days ago and think I ought to drink more of that so I'll try that each time a craving strikes! As to sleep, I have a 4 year old who wakes at 6am and a 2 year old who is up 4 times most nights so I have no control over this! I suspect if I was able to more sleep would really help my will power.

Can you get more sleep? Even if it means skipping workouts (or an excuse not to do the housework) give your body what it needs x

Forgot to mention protein balls or bounce balls like in the glow guides and books. If you have no time though, I recommend the chocolate orange bounce balls or Deliciously Ella ones. They can be picked up in Holland and Barratt.

If it's just cravings in general, maybe go out for a walk and change your scenery. Fresh air will also wake you up! :)

Sometimes my cravings can be satisfied by warm lemon water or tea (green or a fruit tea). I am also big on a large square of very dark chocolate to kick the edge with a handful of nuts!
