hi everyone, I moved to Barcelona and live in a tiny flat where I certainly can't put the bench like there is on some workouts. and anyway I find it really hard and am not confident enough. I must say I really enjoy workout B and would like to know if it's ok to always do this one (or the ones with no specific material) until I get everything I need and the confidence to do the other workouts?

I think as long as your doing something and giving it you me best try then it should be more than enough! I find some of the workouts really challenging - I printed out the pdfs so that I could do them more slowly to build myself up x
