I'm very excited to start the glow guide programme tomorrow!! Just wanted to know what the deal was with caffeine? Are we allowed organic coffee with a dairy free mylk? Or alternatively herbal teas?

I'm going to start proper tomorrow with the exercise and just using the recipes and some other healthy cookbooks! I'm excited though! I love how flexible this plan is! X

Yeah that's what all her books say and if you look at the meal plan! I'd say if you're not sensitive to caffeine you could perhaps have more! I occasionally do if I'm feeling particularly tired but usually stick to just one latte made with a nut milk! X

Not really coffee drinker but I think the allowance is one good coffee per day @Elliew Herbal teas are fine and yes, if you are going to have milk in it go for plant milk.
