hi everyone I am on day 5 of my 8 week glow experience ... I am finding it am absolutely starving ... ? Anyone else?? any tips on Snacks you could add if you need to ?

I find a pint of water helps when I'm hungry.

Yes I got very shaker and week I had to adapt the plan to suit me xx

It was my mums birthday so I had some carrot cake 😳 find fitting in the exercise tough too!

oh no !! what did you have ?? I have been so close to caving !! do you do exercise in morning ? I gave to do mine at 530 am to fit it :-(

I know what you mean I'm day 5 too but I have caved in today 🙈
