Have slipped back into my old ways of using food as an emotional tool. When I feel good use it as a reward and when I feel bad use it as a comfort/punishment!! Going to start the glow guide again to try and break the cycle! Bring on Sunday!!!!

Angela1 this sounds like a great idea that I will definitely try! Need to think about the difference between being hungry and just wanting to eat!x

I found an food reaction diary worked for me. When I feel grotty , I think back and write down what I 've eaten recently. It's helped me work out the difference between positive and negative food.

Same here. I eat when tired and am always tired with 2 little ones so overeat all the time. Just put on 4lbs on holiday last week so back on it tomorrow.
