Hi guys, still quite new to this and only just going into my second week but have been struggling quite badly with stomach pains since starting. Has anyone else struggled with this? I'm not sure if it's the change in diet that has brought them on 🙁

I struggled a bit at the start particularly after early morning exercise. just take it slow and let your body adjust. I've had a break from the exercise for a bit and I'll probably get it again when I go back! make sure you rest and don't try to push yourself too hard. :) hope you're feeling better though
