I'm a big fan of fruit and yoghurt for breakfast but have a bit of an intolerance to dairy so I tend to use dairy free yogurts however I'm worried they're full of sugar, can anyone recommend a better alternative?!

I agree, they're usually full of sugar and thickeners. How about making your own coconut yogurt? Full fat coconut yogurt mixed with probiotics, you can make at home. Tons of r files online. Check it out.

I soak oats overnight in some almond milk then add fruit, seeds, chia, protein powder and fruit in the morning. Not yogurt but still filling.
