Sundays are for relaxation, for winding down and ensuring you are ready for the week ahead. Week 1 of my meal plan is simply about quitting sugar, increasing hydration, moving your body and SLEEP. What week are you guys on?

I do have exciting plans on the horizon that I can't wait to share. But in the meantime I would love to know what posts you guys like and benefit from or want to see more of?

I find more regular posts, big on here and the community page, really help me to stay motivated and not slip. That constant cheerleading each other on is invaluable x
