Hey everyone! Hope you're all well. I did the programme last Autumn and I'm doing it again starting today; it was amazing last time and really changed my life, but during a very stressful summer at work I slipped back into old habits and consequently feel rubbish right now! Lacklustre skin, low energy, generally really out of sorts.
I'm so excited today because I know how fantastic I'm going to feel 8 weeks from now! Last time Week 2 was the hardest for me as I had intense sugar cravings but I dug my heels in and once those cravings passed the rest was straightforward and so enjoyable! Can't wait to really nourish my body (and soul, not to sound cheesy!!) and give my system a desperately needed re-boot.
This time around I'm swapping the yoga vids for the 'Yoga With Adriene' videos on YouTube because I've found they really work for me due to the way Adriene describes the feeling and alignment you're going for; loved Madeleine's videos last time but when I started doing the Yoga With Adriene vids, something just clicked. Also swapping the workouts for Tracy Anderson ones, as they really work for me personally, the best results of any workouts I've ever tried. Hope that doesn't sound disrespectful to Madeleine's amazing programme!
Seriously excited right now. Hope everyone else starting today enjoys the process and stays with it through to the end, it's so worth it!! Have an incredible week everyone 💓
