Gosh folks, I have so fallen off the wagon 😢 I feel dreadful, so bloated and uncomfortable. I really need to get back on track but I can't seem to get focused at all. Any help/tips/butt kicking gratefully received xx

Thank you @Sanna Bre I've actually got the GetGorgeous guide buy Carly Rowena and I find the workouts in there are great when I fancy something different. Come on @Tashiko, we can make a good start and be feeling much better before Christmas 🎄 xx

What always helps me is to spice things up a bit. Instead of only doing the videos here I look for others on YouTube. I can recommend Blogilates and Yoga with Adriene. I’ve been following and doing their workouts for years. Since I regularly need changes I always switch between them and glow guides 😊

I'm just started this again. Purchase the guides last year and felt so much better. Got a bit lazy in the last few month 😣 But I'm determined to start over again. Don't beat your self up as tomorrow is a new day. No one is perfect. Just make sure you are organised and remember how much better you can feel.
