Does anyone have any good tips on eating at university? I don't drink alcohol so have a little extra money but it's still hard! I don't want to spend a fortune on food but eating well is important to me 😊 x

I'm sure you know this already but shopping at Lidl or Aldi saves you so much money and they stock loads of the healthy ingredients we need. Just a tip - get your nuts from the Lidl baking aisle rather than the snack aisle where all the other nuts are, because they're cheaper for some reason - 200g of almonds were 50p cheaper in the baking aisle when I looked yesterday! Different packaging, same nuts :) Also get your coconut oil in bulk from Amazon or Ebay - I found one for £10 for 1kg on Ebay and free postage, it's perfectly good quality 👍 x

Yeah the Vegan plan would be great for you, meat can be expensive and meal prep will help you budget - double win! I'm vegan anyways so feel free to message me if you need any tips x

The vegan recipes are good as the ingredients aren't to expensive and they are tasty.
