Each Sunday I will post guidance and tips on my ‘Munch, Move and Meditate' lifestyle in the hope of inspiring you lovely Glow Girls, who are either embarking or maintaining the Glow Guides programme. 1) MINDFUL EATING

Mindful eating is about noticing your thoughts, feelings, and sensations when eating. It's all about paying attention to your food and giving your food the attention it deserves. Instead of eating your food while in front of the TV, sit at a table and enjoy your food. You will feel more satisfied and ultimately stop eating when you are full! Mindful eating encourages you to make better food choices and is key to a healthy, happy lifestyle. ✨

I really should be more mindful - I quite often eat my lunch at my desk, hardly registering it!

I have to start this I’m absolutely awful for mindful eating. It’s hard with a toddler though x

I have been doing this for a while now and it has helped so much with my digestion and appreciation of food x
