As we found out, snacking during the day can be a problem for some of us (definitely for me). But don't worry, I have a remedy! My yummy blueberry and almond muffins are quick and easy to whip up. They are loaded with antioxidant rich berries and almonds, which both help to give your skin a healthy glow through out the cold winter months. 😍 Having a little, tasty snack like this to look forward to later, is going to get me through my Monday.
