You may already know these tips but in case you don't: always rinse canned pulses really well before adding to your dish. If cooking your own pulses make sure you change the water after soaking and also after the 10min fast boil. You can also add a piece of kombu seaweed as they cook. Finally eat plenty of greens with them. Hope you find a solution that works 👍
