Exercise doesn’t have to consist of a trip to the gym or a long gruelling run, it can simply be any sport or activity you enjoy. And even better, it can be done with a new or old friend. Once your committed to another person, you can’t let them down, therefore this a win-win scenario of ensuring you get out and you get moving. Organise a walk with a buddy or simply try one of my workouts in a living room followed up with a healthy dinner. I hope you feel inspired, get moving girlies.😘 Xx
