Is it worth it? I'm reluctant to actually pay the £50 girls... Is it worth it???

Definitely worth it!

I have just joined and had been thinking about it for a few days. I guess I liked that it was integrated- the exercise and food altogether. Plus the shopping list!! If I buy a recipe book I might make one meal a week from a book because I am not organised enough to get through the headache of the shopping list!!! Am hoping that one list that takes care of the week makes this more achievable on a daily basis.

Totally agree with everyone. I thought it over for a few days and decided to go for it and don't regret it in the slightest!

Totally. Think of it as being less than £1 per day for the eight weeks - but you get access to everything indefinitely!

I think the general consensus is worth it! Think about how much a gym membership is. This is £50 for an 8 week program of healthy eating and videos you can access anytime. Also.. This is yours to keep! So even after the 8 weeks, you still have access to the glow guides! And you get great support from all of us here.. On both sides of the pond 🙌😀

Yes it's worth it - you get so much for your £50. Meal plans, recipes, workouts, support from Madeleine via live stream and best of all you get it forever!

Yes, yes and yes again!
Worth every penny. People think it's £50 for the app... It's not, it's for a programme of workouts, meal plans, help and support... Even a shopping list and what to do each day/night food prep wise.
A big thumbs up from me 😊

Its fabulous... Well worth the money. If you bought a yoga dvd, a workout dvd and a cookbook it would probably cost you more but this has these things in abundance with madeleines personal touch, wisdom, expertise and caring personality thrown in.... Whats not to like! I personally think its money very well spent 😀👍🏻

I think it's definitely worth it. £50 is quite pricey of you think of it as just an app, but if you think of it as an actual guide to help you be a better you then it's cheap as! The yoga sessions and workouts rival some of the best I've gone to and paid ridiculous amounts of money for. With glow guides, it's like having a PT and a nutritionist for life. I think £50 is a bargain for what it's offered so far. The only thing that could add up would be the weekly shops, however the meal plans are packed with veg which come pretty cheap! I would definitely recommend purchasing it :)
