So excited to be starting this Sunday! I have put on about 7kg in the past couple of years and just am not feeling my best. Despite eating pretty healthy and being active, I definitely struggle with portion control and snacking and have terrible IBS so I'm hoping the plan will help with both weight loss and this. The yoga and meditation will also be good for me since I tend to get very anxious and stressed. A little worried about all the socialising that will be happening around Christas though! My friends and family love to eat out and have more than a few drinks 😂 so if anyone has any good tips for these kinds of situations, let me know!
