So excited to be starting this Sunday! I have put on about 7kg in the past couple of years and just am not feeling my best. Despite eating pretty healthy and being active, I definitely struggle with portion control and snacking and have terrible IBS so I'm hoping the plan will help with both weight loss and this. The yoga and meditation will also be good for me since I tend to get very anxious and stressed. A little worried about all the socialising that will be happening around Christas though! My friends and family love to eat out and have more than a few drinks 😂 so if anyone has any good tips for these kinds of situations, let me know!

Hey good luck with the plan. It changed my life and I lost over 2 stone that I had to lose. The most important thing Is to improve your relationship with food. I don’t feel bad now if have a day where eating is not so healthy I just go back to it the day after. Have all the nice stuff but try not to mindlessly eat just because it’s Christmas. Stop when your full and don’t beat yourself up about any of it. I find that when I restrict myself I just want to eat but when I say to myself ‘ if I want it I can have it’ I tend to get less obsessed with eating. This plan has so much good you don’t go hungry anyway. Load up on veg and most importantly enjoy yourself xx
