So I've slowly put on a lot of weight in the last few years and am really desperate to lose it. I am currently about 11 stone and want to lose about 2.5 stone as I am obese for my height according to Bmi. What is a sensible amount to lose per week if I want to aim to lose it by July? and any tips for doing this please? Xxx

By introducing long-term changes in your daily eating habits and exercise habits, you will feel the difference in yourself immediately .1 or 2 pounds a week to start is a sensible and healthy amount if you are wanting to maintain it.
