It's Glow Guidance time again!
Todays Glow Guidance tip is: GREENS. Don’t forget your GREENS 🌿 Green leafy veggies are packed full of vitamin C, folic acid, magnesium, potassium and manganese. Try and aim for 3 portions of green leafys per day. I like adding it to my morning smoothie, or in amongst loads of yummy fruit and veg at lunch.🥗
Although we are in the festive season, it doesn't mean that we can't eat our greens. It's all about balance lovelies! 😘
