Hi Girlies! Today was supposed to be my day 1 of the 4 week vegan plan. However, last night I come down with the dreaded stomach flu 🤒 Could anyone advise me on the best food items to eat? I feel so dehydrated too! X

Lots better now thank you!! I’d had a quorn based chilli the night before and turns out I can’t eat quorn, I’ve noticed the last 3 times I’ve had the mince it’s made me sick! Did a bit of googling and apparently it’s very common x
