Firsly thank you for entering the poll on Wednesday, as the majority of you said yes to learning more about meditation- over the next couple of weeks I will be sharing some tips and facts for you guys on meditation. I can't wait!
Until then, I wanted to share some tips on reducing stress in your life... (As we all know life can be stressful at times)
Stress affects everyone in some way or another. I always try to adapt my lifestyle where possible to make it less stressful:
- If you’re feeling stressed, really think about what it is that’s stressing you out, and see whether you can adapt something in order to remove the problem that’s causing you stress.
- Take some time for yourself, be mindful, exercise, breathe, do yoga, eat well and organic where possible, hydrate and reduce toxins.
(Run a bath, paint a picture, have a glass of red wine - do what makes you happy)
- Smile - I truly believe if you smile, the world will smile back.
- Get lots of sleep!!!
- Lastly, and most importantly, MOVE, MUNCH, MEDITATE!🤸🏼♀️🍎🙏🏼
Additionally, my meditate programme, is all about relaxation and recuperation. In some ways it is my favourite section of the Glow Guides, and the one I am most proud of.
