Hey everyone! I’m wanting to get back into the swing of things and incorporate the Glow Guides workouts and recipes into my existing routine. Does anyone else select a few of their favourite recipes and make the same thing more often instead of following a meal plan? I’m also wanting to start doing the workout and yoga videos during the week, but do gym classes 3x a week - so I’m thinking of just doing the workouts the days I don’t do gym so that I’m not over exercising (i.e. swop my glow workout for taibo on Wed) but can’t shake the guilt of ‘missing’ a workout from the plan if that makes sense? Does anyone else struggle with this overthinking? 😅 Just reaching out and would love to hear your thoughts ✨💕

Thank you! I think that is ultimately the best way for me to do things, make it my own in order to keep balance and focus 😊

I pick out recipes for 3-4 days from maddys books, website, and the glow guides and shop using amazon fresh,it's so convenient and saves time. Meal planning is always a work in progress for me but I'm starting to find a system that I like. Good luck making it your own too!
